Payment and Shipping Information
Thank you for your interest in purchasing our natural bath and body products. We strive to provide an easy, convenient and pleasant ordering experience here at Yeshakem Soap Shoppe. We accept all major credit cards, processed quickly and securely through Paypal Credit Card Services. You do not need to have an individual Paypal account yourself to be able to use your credit card here on our website. Just proceed with your order using our convenient shopping cart feature, and when you are ready to conclude your transaction, you will be guided through the simple process just as you would on any other trusted business through which you've made purchases on the web. Your privacy is completely protected--your credit card information remains a private transaction between your bank and the secure credit card server, and your information will never be shared with any other party.
In addition to accepting all major credit cards, we also accept payment by e-check (through Paypal), cashier's check or money order from accredited U.S. institutions. For any method other than credit card, shipment will be delayed until funds clear and are deposited securely to us. Please e-mail us to let us know if you are choosing one of these options. There is a minimum charge of $25.00 on checks returned as NSF (non-sufficient funds), and our bank will pursue collections procedures in accordance with state and federal banking law.

We ship most orders using USPS Priority and Flat Rate Mail. Larger packages may occasionally be shipped by Parcel Post. Shipping charge on all standard, non-wholesale U.S. and A.P.O. orders is $6.95. Insurance is highly recommended and incurs an additional charge. Refunds for insured items damaged in transit must be handled through customer's USPS office. At this time, we only ship to the United States, US Military APO's, and to Canada with prior approval by email. We will consider shipment to other international locations, but prior approval must be obtained and Yeshakem Soap Shoppe, LLC reserves the right to refuse shipment to any location.
Wholesale: Wholesale purchasing is available for many of the items we carry. If you wish to place a wholesale order or purchase a large number of any of our products, please contact us for information. Due to the unique ministry aspects of our business, we only allow private labeling for select approved brick-and-mortar stores and established retailers purchasing significant quantities of items. Our minimum wholesale order is $350.00, prepaid. Under limited circumstances, we will occasionally consider smaller wholesale minimums for retailers not requesting private labeling.
Return policy: Our products are so natural and exceptional that we hope you won't have any cause to return them, but if you ever need to, every retail order comes with a satisfaction guarantee. Just return the unused merchandise (with the original invoice and labeling) with a note stating your reason for returning it. We'll gladly offer you store credit for the purchase price toward other merchandise. However, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Order cancellation/change policy: A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for cancelled orders or orders changed once prepared for shipment.
